Overview

When a survey identifies exceedances, the goal is clear. Correct the footage that is out of tolerance, bring it into specification, and keep operations moving. Our remediation team restores narrow aisle and robotics lanes for VNA forklifts, AGVs, AMRs, and ASRS systems. Work is packaged with quantities, methods, and a phased schedule that protects throughput. After corrections, we perform a validation survey so commissioning and go live stay on track.

Where remediation applies

  • Very narrow aisle lanes that miss F min targets in defined traffic

  • Robotics and ASRS approaches, transfer pads, and handoff points with profile issues

  • Open zones tied to TR34, VDMA, or DIN 18202 with localized exceedances

Areas with joint deterioration, joint spalling, cracks, or surface wear affecting material handling routes

Our Services

Our position as a leader in the industry has been earned with a strong work ethic, dedication to quality, and thoughtful innovation.

Floor grinding

Precision diamond grinding removes high spots and smooths bumps that cause vibration or alarms. Only the footage out of tolerance is corrected to minimize cost and downtime.

Floor remediation

Localized corrections for profile transitions, thresholds, and interfaces. Keeps travel paths smooth where full replacement is not required.

Joint repair and armored joints

Stabilize, rebuild, or refill joints to reduce wheel impact and protect equipment. Install armored joints where loads and traffic require added durability.

Crack repair and crack chasing

Route, fill, stitch, or reinforce cracks to prevent growth and vibration triggers. Repairs blend with the travel surface for durability.

Concrete slab repairs

Rebuild compromised panels with reinforcement and curing controls so the correction performs like the surrounding slab.

Overlays and leveling

Install bonded overlays or pumped leveling to restore profile where lanes are low. Designed for abrasion resistant and low maintenance performance in industrial settings.

Cut out and pour back

When grinding or overlays are not efficient, we remove the section and replace it. Interfaces are tied for load transfer, and the finish is tuned to the lane profile.

Method and phasing

Work is sequenced by aisle, pad, or zone to keep operations running. Dust control is applied at the source. Crews protect adjacent inventory and equipment. Night and weekend windows are available for high traffic sites.

Process

  1. Scope and measure – Start with the survey report or perform quick verification to confirm targets and footage.

  2. Plan and mark – Issue marked drawings with locations, quantities, and methods plus safety and access plans.

  3. Execute – Crews complete corrections in phases with daily turnover goals and progress logs.

  4. Validate – Perform a validation survey and issue a commissioning ready sign off.

Deliverables

  • Scope of work with quantities by aisle or zone

  • Marked drawings showing grind locations, repairs, overlays, and replacements

  • Method statement for each correction

  • Safety plan, dust control, and protection measures

  • Phased schedule with night or weekend options

  • Daily progress log with photos and updated quantities

Validation survey with sign off package

What owners and operators want is a simple answer to a simple question. Can we run at the speed we need without nuisance alarms and without stressing the truck or the rack. An F min survey provides that answer. Results are organized by aisle with traces, exceedance locations, and a clear pass or action note for each segment. Because defined movement is sensitive to small wavelength bumps and longer wavelength slope, F min helps separate problems that affect comfort from problems that limit speed or safety. If a lane misses the target, corrections are planned by footage and priority so you know exactly how to proceed before commissioning.

Standards alignment

Corrections are executed to the target specified — F min, bespoke robotics and ASRS specifications, or checks under TR34 VDMA DIN 18202. After work is complete, validation is performed to the same standard for clear documentation.

Operations continuity

We work inside live facilities. Clear routes for people and equipment are maintained. Boundaries are marked, and aisles are released back to service as they pass validation.

Quality and safety

Repairs are performed by trained crews using proven methods and materials specified for your environment. We maintain clean conditions and complete walk-throughs at turnover.

Frequently asked questions

Yes. Work is phased by aisle or zone and night or weekend windows are offered.

We evaluate deviation, footage, and long-term durability. Grinding is used when efficient; replacement is chosen if integrity or speed requires it.

Yes. We align validation with your integrator so commissioning is straightforward.

Yes. After corrections we survey and deliver a commissioning ready sign off package.

Routine FF and FL checks are not part of this department. If required, they are handled by the contractor or engineering team.
