What Our Customers Say

What this division does

This division verifies floors to the specification your equipment requires and corrects what is out so commissioning stays on schedule. Very narrow aisle lift trucks need smooth steady travel. Robotics platforms and ASRS need precise approaches to rails transfer pads and handoff points. We provide survey results that are simple to act on and remediation that is sequenced to keep operations moving.

Why it matters is simple. Narrow clearances high lift heights and sensitive automation amplify small imperfections. Extra vibration shortens equipment life and increases maintenance. Irregular profiles create nuisance alarms for robotics and slow cycle times. Over time joints and edges take more impact and begin to ravel. A super flat concrete floor contractor plans the mix the placement method the finishing sequence and the curing and protection steps around the specification from day one so the delivered slab supports speed safety and uptime with less rework later.

Our Remediation Services

Our position as a leader in the industry has been earned with a strong work ethic, dedication to quality, and thoughtful innovation.

Floor tolerance surveying

Verify to F min and bespoke robotics and ASRS specifications as well as TR34 VDMA and DIN 18202. Receive traces heat maps compliance tables and a punch list that drives action.

Precision floor remediation for automation and VNA

Correct exceedances with precision grinding joint and crack repair overlays slab repairs and cut out and pour back where that is more efficient. Includes a validation survey.

Standards we work to

F min for very narrow aisle

Defined movement aisles require targets that reflect what wheels and masts feel in motion. We verify to your specified F min values and report longitudinal and transverse results by aisle.

Bespoke robotics and ASRS specifications

Many platforms publish tolerances that do not map one to one with traditional standards. We align the survey to those exact requirements for shuttle lanes, rail approaches, transfer stations, handoff pads and pick and pack zones. Vendor names are not required.

TR34

Verification for defined movement and free movement categories with results summarized by location magnitude and linear footage.

VDMA

Validation for very narrow aisle operations with commissioning ready summaries.

DIN 18202

Checks against the specified tolerance group and span lengths with clear location based deviations and recommended corrections.

Note on FF and FL

Routine FF and FL testing is not part of this division. When a project requires those checks they are typically performed on site by the contractor or by the engineering team. We coordinate as needed.

Process snapshot

1. Scope and targets

Confirm standard target values zones lift heights truck class aisle widths and access windows.

2. Field work

Survey lines set for clean safe access. Active areas stay open whenever possible.

3. Reporting

Summary first then full traces tables and heat maps. Exceedances quantified with location magnitude and linear footage.

4. Action

Punch list with method and quantities. Remediation phased by aisle or zone with night or weekend options.

5. Validation

Return survey after corrections and a sign off package for commissioning.

When to bring us in

What you receive

Choose the path you need. Surveying gives you clear data and a plan. Remediation is the physical work that brings the floor into specification followed by validation.

From floor tolerance surveying

  • Baseline survey aligned to your standard or bespoke specification
  • Variance map with aisle by aisle or zone by zone details
  • Punch list with quantities and recommended methods
  • Phasing options that protect throughput
  • Validation survey available after corrections

From precision floor remediation

  • Scope of work with quantities by aisle or zone
  • Marked drawings that show grind locations repair areas and overlay zones
  • Method plan for grinding joint repair crack repair overlays or cut out and pour back
  • Safety and dust control plan with protection for active operations
  • Phased schedule with night or weekend windows and daily turnover goals
  • Daily progress log with photos and updated quantities
  • Validation survey and a commissioning ready sign off package

Phasing and safety

Work windows respect production and build schedules. Aisles and lanes are released in a sequence that limits downtime. Routes for people equipment and deliveries are planned so operations stay predictable and safe.

Frequently asked questions

We phase by aisle or zone and offer night and weekend windows. The plan is built around your throughput targets.

We work from vendor requirements without listing names unless you request it.

Routine FF and FL checks are not part of this division. If the project requires them they are handled by the contractor or the engineering team. We coordinate as needed

A current plan with aisle layout target values, lift heights, and access windows, plus a safety contact.

Follow the project engineer and the curing plan. We will advise on realistic windows based on mix strength and site conditions.

Yes. We coordinate access and safe routes so the site stays productive without risking the slab.
